Among the injured are a boy born in 2010 and a girl born in 2017. Besides residential buildings, other civilian sites in the city were also damaged.
Regional military governor Oleh Kiper said Russian forces are continuing an ongoing, massive missile-and-drone attack on the region. A fire broke out at the Botanical Garden, and warehouses and a children's sanatorium were damaged.
Utility crews and emergency services are working at the sites, and the response to the attack is continuing, Lysak added.
