Explosion shakes Myrhorod, Poltava Oblast, as high-speed target reported approaching city

An explosion rang out in Myrhorod, Poltava Oblast, amid an air raid alert issued, Suspilne national broadcaster reported on Telegram on Aug. 12.
The threat of using ballistic weapons in areas where the alarm was declared was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force.
The military later warned about a high-speed target in Poltava Oblast.
The air alert is still issued in Sumy, Chernihiv, Poltava, Kharkiv, and Donetsk oblasts as of 11:30 a.m.
