Russian man makes deadly jump from roof of Thai temple — video

A Russian man created a disturbing scene in Thailand when he climbed onto the roof of Wat Chalong, the main building of a Buddhist temple complex in the resort of Phuket.
The incident, captured on video and shared in pro-Kremlin Telegram channels, showcased the individual's reckless behavior. Despite several hours of failed attempts to persuade him, local rescuers eventually resorted to using force to bring the 35-year-old vacationer down. However, he fiercely resisted their efforts, managing to break free and tragically jumped head first from the height of the sixth floor.
In an effort to save him, rescuers had placed an inflatable trampoline below, but it proved to be ineffective.
The man succumbed to his injuries, marking the second death of a Russian tourist at a re-sort in recent times. Just a month ago, another citizen of the Russian Federation fell victim to a shark attack in Hurghada, Egypt, an incident that was also captured on video.
