Death toll of Russian Vinnytsia attack rises to 26

Olha Lysenko, 20, has died in hospital, after getting severely burned in the July 14 Russian missile strike at Vinnytsia, head of the regional administration Serhiy Borzov said in a Telegram post on July 21.
This latest victim puts the civilian death toll of the attack at 26 dead.
“Twenty-six… 20-year-old Olha Lysenko died in hospital,” said Borzov.
According to Borzov, Lysenko was at Vinnytsia’s Peremohy Square when the Russian missile hit the area. She was returning home from a visit to her dentist, and sustained burns to 98% of her skin.
