Iran’s Supreme Leader threatens Israel, U.S. with ‘devastating response’
Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei on Nov. 2
warned Israel and the U.S. of a “powerful response” to actions taken against
Iran and its allies, AP reports.
Khamenei issued the warning amid escalating threats from
Iranian authorities to strike Israel following an Oct. 26 attack that damaged
military facilities in Iran and left at least five people dead.
“The enemies, whether the Zionist regime or the United
States, will certainly receive a powerful response for their actions against
Iran, the Iranian people, and the resistance front,” Khamenei stated in a video
address distributed by Iranian state media.
He did not specify when or how the retaliation might take
place.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
