Military site burns near Engels airfield as fires erupt in Rostov and Luhansk

Drone and missile alerts were issued in Russia's Engels overnight July 25 as a major fire reportedly broke out at a military site, while another large blaze erupted in Rostov, Astra reported on July 25.
According to an OSINT analyst, a building at 1 Engels Street is on fire. A military unit is believed to be based in the building.
However, an Engels resident said he did not hear any sounds of an attack and suggested the fire was not related to a strike.
Facilities belonging to the Engels-2 military airfield are located near the burning building.
Explosions were also reported in Russian-occupied Luhansk, where a fire was seen at the site of an attack.
On July 16, Ukraine’s Security Service destroyed a Russian Tu-95 military aircraft in Engels that had been used to launch missile strikes on Ukraine.
