One person is dead and four were injured after Russia hit a residential building in Vinnytsia Oblast with an attack drone on the evening of March 14, Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration head, Serhiy Borzov, announced.
"Four individuals have been hospitalized, and one person died due to the Russian attack on Vinnytsia Oblast," Borzov wrote on Telegram at 11:38 p.m.
He mentioned that emergency services are on site, working to clear debris, and promised to provide further details later.
