Russian Black Sea Fleet limited to waters of Crimean coast after losses, says UK intel

The surface vessels of Russia’s Black Sea Fleet continue to pursue an extremely defensive posture,with patrols generally limited to waters within sight of the Crimean coast, the UK Ministry of Defense said in its daily intelligence update on Twitter on Aug. 16.
