Russia loses 1300 soldiers, 26 armored vehicles, and 50+ artillery systems in one day — Ukraine's General Staff

Russia's losses have already exceeded 601,000, with 1300 soldiers killed or wounded in the past 24 hours alone, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on Facebook on the morning of Aug. 20.
The following enemy military equipment was destroyed during this period:
- Tanks: 8,513 (+5)
- Armored combat vehicles: 16,495 (+15)
- Artillery systems: 17,104 (+48)
- Multiple Launch Rocket Systems (MLRS): 1,165 (+4)
- Air defense systems: 925 (+2)
- Aircraft: 367 (+0)
- Helicopters: 328 (+0)
- Operational-tactical UAVs: 13,809 (+57)
- Cruise missiles: 2,437 (+5)
- Ships/boats: 28 (+0)
- Submarines: 1 (+0)
- Vehicles and fuel tanks: 23,047 (+55)
- Special equipment: 2,863 (+17).
Russian losses in Ukraine
Between 462,000 and 728,000 Russian troops had been killed and wounded in the war against Ukraine, The Economist reported, citing classified Pentagon documents on July 7.
