Ukraine triumphs Golden Euroleague in volleyball for the second time in history

Ukraine became a champion at the Golden Euroleague 2024 in volleyball, defeating the Croatian team in the final match with a score 3-1, Ukrainian Youth and Sports Ministry said on June 16, Ukrinform reported.
The Croatian team secured the first set, but Ukraine made a stunning comeback, ultimately winning 3-1.
This victory marked Ukraine's second championship in the tournament's history, with their first win dating back to 2017.
The Ukrainian team will further prepare for the 2024 Candidates Cup, which will take place from July 4 to 7 in Linyi, China.
