The Ukrainian army destroyed a launch site in Luhansk Oblast that the Russians used to launch deadly strikes on Ukrainian civilians, regional governor Artem Lysohor reported on Telegram on June 14.
"In our direction, a place was detected and destroyed which the Russians used to launch drones. It is a war of drone operators as it is. The direction of Svatovo and Kupyansk," he wrote.
The 92nd Mechanized Brigade’s Achilles company proved its effectiveness by destroying the site, the governor said.
The fighters located the Russians' launch site and effectively worked on the enemy positions with Mavic 3 and Mavic 3T 'birds' from the UNITED24 presidential fundraising platform.
A total of 680 Russian occupiers were killed in Ukraine in the past 24 hours. The total Russian losses in the full-scale war against Ukraine has surpassed 217,000 of soldiers.
