Ukrainian military shows liberated Blahodatne in Donetsk Oblast — video

Soldiers from the 68th Separate Ranger Brigade “Oleksa Dovbush” have shared a video of the village of Blahodatne in Donetsk Oblast, following its liberation on June 11.
Currently, the Ukrainian military is carrying out a mopping-up operation around the village, as the Russians are hiding in catacombs and it may not be easy to drive them out, the military says.
In a video posted by the Ukrainian Witness project on YouTube, Ukrainian soldier, callsign “Yeti”, said that four days of intense fighting had preceded the liberation of Blahodatne.
More than a company of Russian soldiers was deployed there and about 40 invaders “lived” in the local school alone: they were hiding in the basements, along with fuel stocks and ammunition boxes. Judging by the inscriptions on the walls, it was the 40th Brigade of the Pacific Fleet, Yeti said.
At the same time, some of the Russian invaders continue to hide in wood lines and underground, and refuse to surrender.
The Russians have food and water reserves in the catacombs, the Ukrainian military said.
“It’s much more serious than we think,” Yeti said.
“It looks like Cambodia. They made a big bet on holding this settlement.”
The Ukrainian fighters also showed a large amount of ammunition left by the Russians, mostly 120mm mines. Now this ammunition will be used against the enemy.
The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
