The Russian forces attacked civilian infrastructure in Bakhmach, Chernihiv Oblast, overnight, Chernihiv Governor Vyacheslav Chaus reported on Telegram on Aug. 13.
"The enemy is again hitting the civilian infrastructure of Chernihiv Oblast," he wrote. "Today it was Bakhmach."
No casualties were reported, he added later.
"We witnessed several enemy drone attacks," he wrote.
"Civilian infrastructure. No casualties so far. Relevant services are dealing with the attack aftermath. We are grateful to them and our Defense Forces."
The Ukrainian Air Force reported the drones attack threat before that.
