Russian missile debris damages civilian infrastructure in Kyiv's district

A parking lot in Kyiv's Desnyanskyi district was damaged due to Russian missile debris fall at night, Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported on Telegram on Aug. 6.
No fire erupted after that.
No casualties or other damages were recorded.
Russian attack on Ukraine on the night of August 6
An air alert was issued in some Ukraine's oblasts on the night of August 6. Explosions rang out in Kyiv swiftly after. Russia used ballistic weapons - Iskander-M or KN-23 missiles, Kyiv City Military Administration warned.
Air defense operated in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast.
A high-rise building and two gas stations were damaged in the attack, Kyiv Governor Ruslan Kravchenko said.
Air Force Commander Mykola Oleshchuk reported on the missiles and drones used in this attack.
The Russian forces used:
- four Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles over Kyiv Oblast from Voronezh Oblast (Russia)
- two Kh-59 guided air missiles from the airspace over the Azov Sea
- 16 Shahed attack drones from Cape Chauda (Crimea) and Kursk (Russia).
Air defense destroyed four missiles and 15 Shahed drones.
